When funding is available, Community Action Program offers short-term financial assistance to DeKalb County residents working toward employment, education, or financial stability. We focus on removing barriers so you can reach your goals and move forward with confidence.

Current Assistance Programs
At this time, all available financial assistance funds have been fully exhausted due to overwhelming community need. While we are currently unable to provide direct financial assistance, our team may still be able to offer resource navigation, referrals, case management support, and information about other community resources. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue working to secure additional funding to support DeKalb County residents in crisis.

- Employment support and job readiness
- Resource navigation and referrals
- Housing and utility guidance
- Applying for benefits like SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, Housing Vouchers
